Perfect for large family or 2 small families. Beautiful new 1 level large condominium built in 2005 next to Heavenly Ski resort in a quiet neighborhood. Just two minutes from skiing and beautiful Lake Tahoe, and five minutes from the Casino night life.
This one-level condominium accommodates 10 in three bedrooms, with two full baths. The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed with TV/DVD player. The second bedroom has one queen-sized with TV/DVD player. The third room has two bunk beds twin over full, perfect kids' room with TV/DVD player. All rooms have Cable TV and warm down comforters for those cold winter nights! The large leather sectional sofa in the living room opens to a full-sized bed bringing the maximum occupancy to 12 people.
This beautiful, brand new Sierra retreat has vaulted ceilings in the living room with spectacular picture windows that open to the beautiful sierra landscape. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace with a complete home theater system.
